1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to major cities and towns across India. Availability may vary based on product size, weight, and delivery location.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Custom or made-to-order products may take additional time, which will be communicated at the time of order.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Chennai & nearby areas: 3–5 business days
Other metro cities: 5–8 business days
Remote / non-metro areas: 8–14 business days

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before payment. We periodically offer free shipping promotions — check our Offers section for current deals.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also track your order from the My Orders section after logging in.

6. Damaged / Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order ID at info@deskanddecor.com. We will resolve the issue promptly.
