We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Desk & Decor. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:

Unused and in original condition
In original packaging with all accessories and tags intact
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order ID / invoice)

2. Non-Returnable Items

Custom or made-to-order products
Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
Products returned after 7 days of delivery
Clearance or sale items marked as non-returnable

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

5. Cancellations
